3. Delivery Issues

•     Delays caused by the carrier
•     Lost or stolen packages
•     Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
•     Damage occurring during transit
Customers must file claims directly with the carrier for damage or loss.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are nonrefundable.

5. International Shipping
If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers will be responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes.
