Returns & Refund Policy

General Information
All items are inspected and photographed prior to shipping. All products are new, sealed, and in their original manufacturer packaging.
We are not responsible for manufacturer defects.
No exchanges are offered.
Pre-orders are not available at this time.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items (see exclusions below).
We are not responsible for items damaged during delivery. The shipping carrier is solely responsible, and customers must file a damage claim directly with the carrier.

Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
•     The item is in the same condition as received
•     The item is unused and undamaged
•     All original packaging, certificates of authenticity, tags, and inserts are included
•     Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided
•     A Return Approval has been issued prior to shipping the item back

Return Approval or denial will be provided within 48 business hours.
Unauthorized or unapproved returns will be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances:
•     Autographed memorabilia
•     Graded trading cards or professionally authenticated items
•     Limited edition or one-of-a-kind collectibles
•     Clearance or final sale items
•     Custom or personalized products
•     Items with manufacturer defects

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Damaged Items:
The carrier is responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Incorrect Orders:
If you received an incorrect item, contact us at cookies.coollectables@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
•     Your order number
•     Your contact information

Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, especially for valuable collectibles.
We are not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during return transit.
Damaged or lost returns are nonrefundable.
A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been delivered to our facility.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Authenticity Guarantee
Certificates of authenticity will be provided for all autographed or signed memorabilia sold by Cookies Coollectables.
